For an institutional project, I worked on creating a custom Wordpress website for a client in Germany. The website was designed to showcase the company's mission and values, with a clean and modern layout that made it easy for users to navigate and find the information they needed. The site was fully responsive, ensuring that it looked great on any device, and included custom graphics and animations to add visual interest.
In addition to the institutional project, I have also worked on a number of simpler Wordpress websites for various clients. These sites were designed to be easy to manage and update, with a focus on simplicity and usability. Despite their simplicity, they were still fully customized to meet the needs of each individual client and included features like custom plugins, responsive design, and more.

As the project manager and eCommerce Europe Manager, I began by conducting a thorough analysis of the company's current position in the market, as well as its pricing and branding strategies. Through this research, I discovered that the company was not effectively integrating with the European market and was overcharging for its product line. To address these issues, I recommended a repositioning of the company in the market and proposed a cleaner rebranding strategy that would better align with the needs of their audience.
Following this analysis, we worked on reorganizing the company's eCommerce platform. To achieve this, we created multiple customer journey maps and personas to gain insight into the main channels customers were using and identify the features needed to attract new clients and retain regular customers. We also reorganized the digital shelves and product collections, improved the product page, created easy access to shipping information, and established automation flows that would help guide clients through a better shopping experience.
Over the course of approximately 10 months, I coordinated the entire project from start to finish, managing a team of designers, developers, copywriters, sales, and photographers. At some point, I also became the lead designer and had to create visual solutions and present them to stakeholders and upper management, while also working closely with brand consultants to build the story of the brand and introduce it to the market.
Throughout the project, we took into consideration various factors such as colours, copywriting, imagery, storytelling, showcasing products along with services, positioning the brand's selling points, and increasing conversions in product pages. This project was not just a UI design; it was an overall marketing strategy and branding positioning project.
Throughout the project, I was responsible for coordinating the team, managing project timelines, and overseeing all aspects of the rebranding and eCommerce implementation. The project required me to learn and develop multiple hard and soft skills. During these lectures, we provided valuable information and education about Ayurvedic products and services, using marketing and sales scripts to effectively convince prospects of their value. We worked together to identify the best topics for the lectures, creating a few personas for our target audience. We also tested different lecture formats and scripts until we found a type that could attract potential customers, educate them on the products and services, and convince them of their value. We used Facebook Ads to promote the events in multiple cities, with an initial investment of €110 per event. Over five months, we held 38 successful events throughout Germany, with an average of 30 attendees and a 10% conversion rate. Each conversion meant a paid consumer in the value of €110, meaning that on average, per event, we had a return of €330.
Our strategy enabled us to achieve 300% ROI based on the Facebook Campaigns. We also managed to decrease event costs through partnerships and provide an upsell to customers, ensuring profits. Along with Facebook Ads, we added email marketing and free resources, which helped increase attendance rates to up to 30%. Our average cost per attendance/acquisition was €3, and we paid less than €1 per lead. This generated an extra €9,900 in revenue from 90 new customers.
The success of our strategy led to the expansion of the company's services to five new cities in the south of Germany, enabling the company to scale up and increase customer lifetime value.
